Twitterpated

I just signed up for a Twitter Account. Yeah I know, like 30 years ago right? Well anyway, the only reason I mention it (because I still prefer not to use this space as gushy little personal asides, despite the influx of lengthy status updates from Maine every week or so) is because I'm not sure how I feel about the whole thing. To be honest, I signed up because the site has some nice design. It just seems like more noise, more connectedness, and more surveillance, all of which I think we've had an overabundance of since Twitter first launched about 70 years ago. Anyway, if I'm wrong (likely) and Twitter is great, let me know. I'm willing to change. Happy Labor Day.
